Relaxy all the way

I've suffered from back pain since the start of COVID, probably the lack of movement. I've started taking a dropper full of CBD oil at the end of my work day and it helps keep the back pain away. I've also coupled it with yoga 3 times a week. The CBD oil also helps keep me calm in stressful situations too. I've developed some social anxieties since COVID and it's really made easing back into society much easier. Be careful though, it can make you drowsy.

Great stuff!

Four- Five drops of this CBD oil and I am relaxed and able to fall sleep within 30 minutes. I wake up refreshed too. Taste good and no lingering aftertaste. Simple to take, just 4 drops under the tongue and straight to bed I go. I love that it has organic properties also. Thanks Dawn!
