Artisan Crackers with Parmesan and Olive Oil handcrafted in Lady Joseph's bakery in Spain.
Lady Joseph Bakery uses Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. It is made with milk from free-range cows in fields of poppies and fresh grass in Parma (Italy). After its artisan elaboration, it is left to mature for 24 months to achieve an intense and characteristic flavor.
For the crackers, Stone-ground flour is used and the dough rests for 12 hours then it is slowly baked to maintain the nutrients. An extra thin and crunchy cracker is created so you can enjoy them alone or preferably, with hummus, Iberian sausages, and creamy cheeses.
Shelf-life: 14 months. Handcrafted in Spain and maintaining the same recipe as Lady Joseph created in 1926. 3.5 oz.
