Lady Joseph infuses their own olive oil with black truffles to use in their crackers.
The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has a strong and peppery aroma and exquisite flavor. Harvesting takes place in the town of Sarrion (Teruel, Spain) which has the greatest surface of planted oak trees in the entire world.
For crackers, Stone-ground flour is used and the dough rests for 12 hours then it is slowly baked to maintain the nutrients. An extra thin and crunchy cracker is created so you can enjoy them alone or preferably, with hummus, Iberian sausages, and creamy cheeses.
