The Role

As our Wedding & Events Marketing Intern, you’ll step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. From vendor outreach to on-site support, you’ll help us share the story of Fingerboard Farm with couples, planners, and the wider wedding community.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and connect with local wedding vendors, planners, and partners

  • Manage vendor lists, outreach emails, and follow-ups

  • Identify upcoming bridal shows, wedding fairs, and paid tabling opportunities

  • Assist in creating marketing materials (social posts, flyers, vendor packets)

  • Represent Fingerboard Farm at select events—networking and engaging with attendees

  • Support day-of logistics for on-site weddings or styled shoots

  • Provide light administrative support for event bookings and inquiries

What We’re Looking For

  • An interest in marketing, communications, hospitality, or events

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfort in networking and representing a brand in public

  • A creative eye for weddings, hospitality, or event design

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Flexibility to occasionally support on evenings/weekends
