How to use it

If you are new to FECO, we always recommend the "low and slow" approach:

2. Sublingual absorption is key: Place the oil under your tongue and hold it there for 60–90 seconds before swallowing. This allows the cannabinoids to absorb through the mucous membranes in the mouth and enter the bloodstream directly.

3. Be patient: Because absorption happens through the bloodstream (not digestion), effects may take up to 2 hours to fully settle. Start low and give your body time to respond.
