The Space
High-speed internet, WiFi, cable TV, and a variety of games and books ensure entertainment for all. Our living spaces, featuring top-line bedding and elegant antiques, offer comfort and refinement that extends to our artistically adorned bedrooms.
Engage with friendly farm animals adored by kids. Unwind at our historic gazebo, get cozy around the massive fire pit with ample seating, or enjoy outdoor games in our lush surroundings.
For special occasions, we offer a unique setting for intimate, 75-person ceremonies and gatherings, available for direct booking with the farm. Kindly note the 14-person indoor limit ensures optimum enjoyment and convenience as per Airbnb rules. Outdoor 75-person micro ceremonies and gatherings are permitted directly booked with the farm, flat rate for Thursday 4:00 check in until Monday 11:00 am check out. Events must be pre arranged and fifty percent deposit at booking. Any group over 14 guests is an event. Your booking price on Airbnb is for your lodging guests, if you read this please confirm that you understand our farm rules on leaving the house and patio exactly as you found it and guest maximum size

Guest Access and Accomodations
We provide linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap so you can travel light and feel at home.
Help yourself to tea, coffee, spring water, and essential cooking herbs and oils. For any additional needs, our small farm market is open from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. We have organic produce, farm eggs, grass-fed meats, and more!
Please note that our indoor facilities are non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke outside on the patio. We kindly ask that you leave the house as you found it, refraining from moving furniture indoors. If you do move outdoor chairs, kindly return them to their original positions. Our team has thoughtfully arranged everything for your convenience, and we appreciate your cooperation.
If this is your first Airbnb experience, rest assured that our cleaning service will wash linens and towels, clean the bathrooms, and ensure the house remains beautiful and pristine for your stay. Please dispose of trash in the outdoor kitchen bin and remove any food not suitable for our farm animals. You can turn on the dishwasher, and our housekeeper will gladly handle the rest.

House Rules
Welcome to our family farm! We hope you enjoy your stay. Please follow our simple rules to ensure your safety and enjoyment of this historic home for many years to come.
Your reservation includes your private enjoyment of the entire home, patio, fire pit/wood, the yard directly surrounding the home. Please do not enter any other buildings unless accompanied by a farm employee.
You may walk around to visit our farm animals as well, but please do not open any gates. Children must be supervised at all times
Do not move or rearrange any indoor furniture under any circumstances.
Feel free to visit our market. If after hours, order online for a porch pick up in the morning.
You may use the washer and dryer during your stay
Extra water jugs are in the outdoor room to the right of the kitchen door.
No smoking cigarettes or cigars inside the home.
No pets allowed
Do not move outdoor furniture inside the home
Children must be supervised at all times
Maximum occupancy of 14 guests. Additional guests must be approved.
Parties and events must be agreed upon in advance of your stay. Any unplanned parties or guests over the limit will trigger an event fee of $3,500.
Please note, your reservation includes shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, one roll of paper towels, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. You are responsible for any additional supplies you need.
Checkout Protocol:
- Please leave the Inn clean as you found it
- Please leave the sheets on the beds
- Leave used towels in the laundry room
- Remove all trash and place in the outdoor trash and recycle cans on side of house near kitchen.
- Clean and put back all kitchen supplies. Be sure to run the dishwasher before checking out. Dishwasher detergent and all cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink
- Remove all food and drinks you brought from the refrigerators. If food that is safe for farm animals- you may leave it.
