This year’s judging panel is made up of leaders from across the cannabis community, each dedicated to raising the standard and supporting the growers who make this culture thrive.

Justin Nussbaum

Director of Processing, Extraction and Formulation – Fingerboard Farm
Justin has been part of the Fingerboard Farm family for five years, leading processing, extraction, and formulation. With deep knowledge of plant science and a commitment to innovation, Justin helps shape the quality and consistency that Fingerboard is known for.

Rapp Road (Bukweetz)

Local Breeder, Soil Manufacturer & Organic Cultivator
Founder of Rapp Road Genetics in 2022, Bukweetz has quickly become a driving force in the DMV cannabis community. Known for advocating home grow and social equity, he continues to bridge together growers, breeders, and enthusiasts through a passion for organic cultivation and community-building.

Darren Kelly

Director of Cultivation & Founder of Starbloom Consulting
Darren specializes in delivering boutique-quality cannabis at scale, blending artisanal craftsmanship with modern techniques. A two-time Cannabis Cup home grow champion, he brings both expertise and passion for premium genetics. Through Starbloom Consulting, Darren also champions sustainable landscaping and pollinator-friendly practices, strengthening Maryland’s cannabis and environmental sectors alike.

Andrew Williamson

Kondesu Farms – Craft Grower & Returning Judge
 Andrew has been part of the cannabis world since the 90s, first collecting functional glass art and soon after cultivating his own gardens. Today, he grows alongside his family at Kondesu Farms, where their small-batch craft cannabis is known for its meticulous quality. A past competitor and winner at the Cup, Andrew returns for his second year as a judge, continuing his legacy of passion and dedication to the plant.

 

Terrell Taylor

Terrell Taylor operator of The MJ Connect is a seasoned cannabis industry professional and a judge for Fingerboard Farms' Home Growers Cup this year. With 7 years of experience working in the Maryland cannabis industry and 27 years as a dedicated cannabis consumer, Terrell brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the table. He's also a three-time High Times Cannabis Cup judge in Amsterdam and a Maryland Leaf Bowl judge, making him a respected voice in the cannabis community.
