This is our 3rd time ordering this tea!! We love it so much that we shared it with friends and family. They are now purchasing as well. I'm in menopause and I don't sleep! I've tried everything and can finally say that this tea and a few pulls of a spliff help me sleep through the night. Smoking alone only relaxes me enough to fall asleep, but not stay asleep. This tea is very relaxing and is now part of our nightly routine. The Mister has no sleep issues, and loves it too.
